- We ended up leaving because the pool was not open as stated on the website, the room was unclean, handles were missing or broken on doors just a really unfortunate experience
- The front desk staff were nice (needed towels & brought them promptly). It looks nice from the exterior.

- There was a smoke smell in rooms. A plastic wrapper from cans was on dresser. A plastic sack was in the corner with empty beer cans and gas station pizza box. The bathroom floor and shower curtain were dirty. Carpet had small debris. No breakfast
- It was filled with roaches and ants. It was disgusting
- In-room maintenance was done without any concern for appearance of the completed repairs. Exterior of the property (parking lot, sidewalks, stairs) was dirty.

There was nothing that stood out. This is an old, poorly maintained property that needs to be downgraded at least half a star.
