- The room was average. Seemed clean enough. The personalized greeting on the TV was fun. I appreciated the staff giving us a room on the opposite side of the hotel since there was a very loud family with kids and teens having the time of their life on the other end. Check in staff were friendly. The actual hotel location wasn't too loud either which was a plus. Close to a lot of activities and food options.

- The heater quit working in the middle of the night.
- Main issue is with the extra charge. Got charged $14.60 on my credit card 3 times. They reported two of them on the receipt with no reason for the charge, but with 2 refunds. The third charge still came out of my card and since they didn't add it to the receipt, I just lost that money.When checking out, no one was at the front desk. No bell. No box for key cards. The bartender was sitting on the patio in view of the front desk smoking. The attendant did come back and apologize for the wait. She was friendly. Just wish there was an easier way to get help or at least a quick option to just drop the keys and go.One of the elevators was broken.

It was fine its the billing i have an issue with!
I was charged for my stay by bookings.com and by Hilton garden and I am having trouble getting it resolved. So very unhappy
