Convenient and clean!

Pool was chilly and no hot tub.

Yes, hotel did NOT have business-work room. I needed a laptop at last minute. Plus the bed was NOT firm.

This was the second year in a row that we asked for room service and did not receive it

No hot tub. And it said on there website Hot Tub available Website false advertising When they cemented in the hot tub Not even available

Hotel is good with all the amenities mentioned and location is also easily driven from highway.

A/c in the room was not working properly. None of the buttons were working. So, slept with kids with the cold all night

The food staff. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

The shower didn¿t work properly. We asked to have the room cleaned after the first night and it wasn¿t.

The location where is at, us away from the craziness of downtowns, but still very centric and close to everything.

Pets allowed. That's a problem specially if you are not going to really clean the rooms. Found hairs under sheets. Changed room twice. The last room wasn't too clean either. ¿¿

It was in a very good location for dining and shopping. Also had a restaurant on site, which is very convenient. Plenty of room inside and out so guests are not on top of each other or waiting for seating.

Outdoor pool and hot tub weren't operational at the time of our visit.

The breakfast was not up to par....and the worst of it. At 930 at night, my family was sleeping and in walks another family into my room through their digital key!!!! I call down to the front desk and they did nothing but apologize for what happened.

The staff was very nice!

The room needs attention: smelled like a dirty pair of shoes, ceilings have big places that appear to be water damaged, dead bugs on the floor near the door and bathroom, furniture has quite a bit of age and looks like it hasn¿t been cleaned in awhile.

My son is in a wheelchair and the front desk gentleman went upstairs to my room to make sure I had a shower chair prior to my visit there he should be commended he was at the hotel on Wednesday night when we got there

There was mold in the bathroom Also, and this may be my fault for not reading but the continental breakfast was not free. For the price of the hotel I fee this should have been included.

Location was great. Hotel was super clean. Staff was so friendly.

The staff was very friendly.  the restaurant/bar was excellent. He knew the menu inside and out. The food was excellent. We ordered a lot of different things on the menu and they were beyond our expectations. We¿ll definitely be back.

The front desk employee, did her job in a professional and friendly manner.

When we walked into the room, 505, and I checked the bathroom, it had not been cleaned. I contacted the front desk and  switch our room to 506 quickly and apologized for the inconvenience.

Located next to major highways, options for chain restaurants and the Bass Pro Shops (part of a mall). It was clean and staff was friendly and went out of their way for us.

Some fixtures in the room could be fixed, but they were still usable, and it was very clean
