Location is great although there is not a lot around it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were very pretty although packed and wasn't able to enjoy in person.
I went to relax at what I thought was a nicer hotel and it was sort of a "party" hotel - the pool was a "scene" and I just wanted to lay by the bay. There were people having hotel parties and screaming in the hallways late at night and I had an early flight. I had to blast a YouTube sound machine video to drown it out. Blackout curtains did not fully blackout and my room faced the east. The TV was old, small and did not have any sort of set up to watch YouTube or Netflix, Chromecast, etc.

The location is perfect. I personally enjoy the bay view as opposed to the Ocean view. It give some terrain to look at and it’s absolutely beautiful.
The pictures are deceiving. I thought I was getting a room with a bedroom and living room area and it wasn’t that. I mean it wouldn’t deter me from staying but the description kind of implied that.

Roomy bedroom, Comfy Bed and pool area
Front desk sucks, no wifi for 2 days, tv blocked throughout the stay. After asking everyday to have tv unblocked, only had CNN and FOX to watch?. Pool area CLOSES at 6pm at sunset!!

Great location, amazing views nice pool and good cocktails
Some staff were questionable but it was the spa which was most disappointing to say the least! Received a text on a promotion the spa were doing so I went and booked it the girl on the desk looked at me like I was talking a different language and didn’t know what the promotion was but said she booked me in? Next morning I arrive on time and was waiting 45 mins to then be told the massage lady hasn’t arrived and she’d be probably another hour or so .. this was my last day what a waste of a last morning. So I didn’t get the massage so do not bother wasting your time with spa!
