Nice pools and landscapes, rooms are in nice sizes. The carts that take guests through the properties are very convenient. Drivers are very polite.

Services at the restaurants met expectations but there are rooms for improvements. Waiters and waitresses tend to forget orders...

Room clean and staff friendly and helpful. Loved the all inclusive aspect. Nice not having to get your wallet out every five minutes(except to tip of course)

The staff were excellent, the location was amazing, and the hotel facilities and restaurants were perfect.

The room wasn't 4.5 stars. The bed was super uncomfortable and the toilet kept clogging.

Rooms and food was horrible! Restaurants were good but Buffets were very bad.

The hotel was exceedingly clean. I really enjoyed the adult-only sections of the beach as well as the adult-only infinity pool.

The pool hours are very limited (9 am - 7 pm) and everyday at 6 pm the lifeguard would kick us out of the adult pool even though it was supposed to be open until 7 pm.

It's a beautiful hotel! We had an ocean front room with an amazing view and the staff is so helpful!

The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't go to breakfast until the last day! They really had a wonderful buffet with tons of food!

It is almost imposible to make a reservation at the restaurant. Then, you just end up eating at the buffet restaurant. More or less the same food, and extremely crowded. We succeeded to book only two nights at one of the restarurants in 7 nights after complaining. Our reservations were at 9.30pm. We arrived the restaurant earlier, 60% of the restarurant was empty for both cases. I don’t believe that the restaurants were fully booked. They just want people to eat the buffet restaurant. I guess it is more cost effective. Won’t stay in the hotel again, not worth for the money we spent

Rooms could have used a little updating such as plugs for phones and iPads. property is an hour and a half from Cancun airport

Very old and dated. Our first room had a total of 3 plugins. The food was marginal and the drinks horrible. Even though it was quite impossible to get a reservation at one of the 9 specialty restaurants, they were only half full when you walked by them.

I loved staying here, the place was huge that was necessary to take this little cars to move around, what I like the most was the entertainment during the whole day and also the discotheque at the hacienda was super fun, ? also the restaurants were high level and the food exquisite, the service in general was excellent, we had a great experience at this resort.

I had a swim up suite. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The food was very good at just about every buffet and restaurant. The variety and selection was endless.

Some of the staff seems to not like the brown skinned people. Especially Guadalupe who is the hostess/greeter at the Kutuk restaurant in the adult section. She would walk all the non-brown skinned people to their tables and seat them, but the brown skinned got pointed to a table. Her actions were very obvious. There was also some of the pool side attendants like Gryselda, that were not very friendly unless you tipped. We tipped everyone generously in order to get a smile or good service. The night entertainment was a bit disappointing, there really wasn't much going on as far as things to do. No food is allowed poolside. the villa shuttles take very long to get you from the lobby area.

The staff members were very pleasant. The property was clean.

The shuttle was every 25-30 min atAkamal, oppose to every 15 minutes promised. There needs to be a better way to make reservations at the restaurants. Also, the plumbing system As far as not being able to flush tissue in the toilet they should inform potential guest beforehand. The public bathroom in the lobby near the buffet had a foul odor.

I have been visiting this hotel for 21 years . The decline in customer services is really bad . The food is average . The staff on reception where ok . But the bell boys are really good . Entertainment crew don’t interact anymore . Such a shame .

The rooms need totally re vamping . Tulum rooms are so much nicer . The staff need to interact more .

- proximity to the beach- the buffet was amazing

- no pool for swimming - loveless and rather random placement of two-person tables- bus trip to airport too early; cut the last day short and the paid for lunch had to be skipped and paid for again at the expensive airport. We had to spend 4h at the airport for no obvious reason.

The whole expeince was amazing. From the food, the shows, the pools, spa and the employees. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Sheets and pillows were dirty, shower pressure was horrible, staff was rude, and food was nasty with animals roaming in buffet area

I have nothing to complain about as far as the hotel is concerned. The complex was amazing, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money and I would not hesitate to go back. So much choice of food with restaurants and buffet... something for everyone - plenty to do - beach and pool were gorgeous - fantastic place to stay!

Coming 2 transfers advertised by the hotel as a transfer company were appalling. They did not pick us up for the airport which resulted in an extra 1800 pesos (approx £78.00) having to be paid for a taxi!! We had prepaid Coming 2 and their representatives were very unsympathetic and not helpful at all. I guess they had taken their money so they didn't care!
