- Nice pools and landscapes, rooms are in nice sizes. The carts that take guests through the properties are very convenient. Drivers are very polite.
- Room clean and staff friendly and helpful. Loved the all inclusive aspect. Nice not having to get your wallet out every five minutes(except to tip of course)
- The staff were excellent, the location was amazing, and the hotel facilities and restaurants were perfect.

- Services at the restaurants met expectations but there are rooms for improvements. Waiters and waitresses tend to forget orders...
