Concierge staff and front desk staff were all so amazing! Some of the friendliest people we've ever encountered on vacation.

Room just needed a little updating. Extremely poor lighting in bathroom area. Door wouldn't close properly without assistance. Even for the room service staff. The walls are all blank but with nails as if there should be some decor, drawer knobs missing.

Lots of construction and the room was not the size that was on the contract and cost me extra $ for a smaller room

We paid $500 to upgrade our room during booking. The room had two full-size beds, side-by-side which covered the entire length of the room. The dead coxkroach was fitting. $100 wristbands that fall off while swimming. Every request was met with No.

2 Roach¿s , Small beds, high pressure sales for tours, selling standard rooms as upgrades.

The staff was kind and helpful.

So many things. The rooms were ok, not a resort, a hotel at best. Beds were hard as a rock, got no sleep all week. No carpet, tile was very noisy upstairs.No bathroom door. Door on toilet, was about the size of an airplane¿s, straddle toilet to close doo

The resort was a great value for the cost. The staff was exceptional. While we always found tasty food to eat, I do believe that they use MSG in many of their dishes. I had an allergic reaction that I only have when I've ingested MSG.

The uneven pathways (local stone) while beautiful, seemed to be an issue for the large number of elderly and disabled tourists.

Room was nice, as described and pictured. Very clean. Check n was a breeze. Bell staff was great.

The pathways were rough and uneven. Advertised snack bars did not serve food. Service of waiters was poor. Buffet food not held at ant temp as they did not turn on the steam tables. No management was evident, so ¿

Hotel was very nice, pools were clean and nice and the food was really good! You have choice between Buffett, Mexican, Italian and Seafood. They are not stingy with the alcohol in their drinks either. Great, great experience and we will be returning!

Only ¿negative¿ is the beach area is small but we found it more than adequate.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There are several pools to enjoy, including an adult only area. There is access to the beach and ocean snorkeling to enjoy the sea life.

Wait staff was amazing Front desk not so much Key cards for one of our 2 rooms deactivate everyday x 4 days telling us to come back to front desk and get new ones first 2 times ok but then if was very frustrating Also my daughters room had a geckos

We love the Mayan inspired architecture; however, some of the stairs and steps are a bit higher than usual so be mindful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

1) Not enough nightly and quality entertainment like other all-inclusive resorts we've been to 2) The beach area was too small for the number of guests 3) Need better offering at daily buffet 4) Need more dining options besides Italian and Mexican

Staff was amazing at the reception , the all inclusive: the variety of food/ restaurants and drinks/bars was great, nice garden, pool and beach. Rooms were very decent too.

Nitpicking I would say the fact there was No red wine at the Italian restaurant and a drunk lady being loud on her balcony after 1am that night.

Evening entertainment and day activities were great! Activity staff is fantastic! Restaurant food, 2 open, was top notch. Room was beautiful Location,close to town was very good!There is a cruise ship dock which unfortunately blocks some view

The buffet food was a little on the sparse side.

ALL of the staff was great! Location was ok. Room was clean and spacious. Coffee shop was awesome!!!

The restaurant reservations system is not good. No AC at the check in area. Buffet was nothing to write home about. Small beach area.

Stay away from this hotel at all cost!!! The rooms are old and smell. We only got hot working water to shower with. Foods wasn¿t all that good. I would never go back to this hotel. Everything was breaking down during our 4 days of stay.

Staff at the Front Desk provided Stellar Service.

Went to the Italian Restaurant 3/12/22 when rain was pouring and wind howling so we were wet. Host told us he didn¿t want his chairs wet. Also, Accessible bathroom was not accessible for overweight people who can¿t move around easy. Shower¿s backwards 2.

Location , the view was amazing.

I did t have hot water every day ! I had to call and let them know that the room Did not have hot water and somehow 10 minutes later I will have hot water. Being pressure to go to timeshare meetings. My room was not giving to me until 9pm , no rooms ava.
