Clean and on the water

I don’t feel as though I got the advertised room I paid for

Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The pool wait staff were excellent (especially Alan) the restaurant wait staff were excellent and accommodating. Pool and spa were fantastic.

The pool DJ was annoying. Would have preferred to just let music play rather than be on the microphone speaking Spanish all the time. Just play music and let people relax.

Everything was great, food, drinks and friendly staff. Hotel was clean with great views and entertainment.

The service by all was excellent! From Flor as our housekeeper to employee at the front desk and staff in restaurants and bars, we were greeted by name from day 1.

I noticed the smoking area was right next to the kid¿s outdoor play area. If we bring kids next time, I wouldn¿t want our kids playing there.

Staff is very friendly.

I did not like the pressure to buy a timeshare or to join the palace club. The salesperson literally follows you around the resort for days until you either agree to hear a presentation or insist that they leave you alone.

the staff is always very nice (loved the pool chef), and the servers and bartenders were all so nice. the hotel is very attractive also

This hotel is our favorite place to stay in Cozumel. The place is always very clean and tidy. The people who work there, and constantly looking for ways to make you feel welcome. The food is fantastic, and activities are fun and goofy.

During this stay it seemed as if the desalination plant may be experiencing an issue. The shower water had a salty smell/taste, and the hot tub water in the room was a yellowish color.

Staff was amazing. Left small desserts every night. Had a piece of cake waiting in the room on my birthday.

Sales pitch was a little heavy. But not a deterrent

Breakfast was great!

Strangely enough that food tasted fine, the temperature of the food was often warm but not hot. I mentioned it to the staff and they were going to follow up with the kitchen.

The staff was engaging, friendly, professional, and overall excellent. The waitstaff was attentive and overall excellent. The food was simply only average to missing the mark. EXCEPT the staff at breakfast which was great !

Most of the meals. very nice presentation and service, but the food was off the mark.Marginal to very low hot water for showers. NOT comfortable or satisfying. Jack hammering in an adjacent (above or below) at 8:00 AM sharp. Very disturbing. Sleeping in couldn't happen.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. I loved the staff that worked the egg station. He was so patient and so kind and made delicious foods for our family. My girls loved the coffee/dessert bar, well I did too :)

This has nothing to do with the facility, but I wished there was a walking beach path so I could walk on the beach. Other than that, I didn't have anything I did not like about the resort.

This place is amazing. Needs smoking areas.Marta is one of the best employees that they have.But the whole staff was fantastic. Kinda pricey. Still worth it.
