Location and waite staff

Room maintenence in one of the rooms was horrible. Water did not work and air-conditioning didn't work. Hotel maintenance did not show to fix room air-conditioning until last day.

Outdoor area outstanding good dandy beach two huge pools, hot tub, minature golf, great breakfast,

Plumbing was only issue. Couldn’t turn off water in shower. You Tube only English channel

Beach, warm/friendly staff treated everyone like family, snorkeling, amenities

Well let?s just say you dont go there for the food..and the shower did t have great pressure and hot water was inconsistent

AC was either all or none, cannot set temeratures. 2 hotbubs BOTH not working, gloves not used by cooks, POORLY maintained hotel not hot water in half of hotel. Buffet did not match up to other vacations we took. Tv very poor quality. POOR management

DISGUSTING! The rooms were so uncomfortably filthy we had to leave and find another hotel. Dirt, hair, bugs on everything! The furniture was so old and filthy I didn't want to sit on anything or set my things down on anything. Unacceptable!

The view was neat

Bugs in our room, ceiling tile falling down. Sheets wasn?t changed had stains and hairs. Never got to eat at a restaurant there was always full had to be up super early to get on the list. Most of the buffet wasn?t .?.

The water here is amazing - you don?t need to go snorkeling, as everything is here, you just need to step into the water. Stuff is wonderful (except of the reception/front desk)

This was my 5-6th visit to this hotel within the past 3 years. Unfortunately the front desk made my vacation a hell by assigning bad rooms and being rude. Checkin- average 15 minutes to check in a guest. No WiFi/poor connection. Very bad experience.

The staff was friendly

Food was horrible, even for an all-inclusive. The rooms/bathroom were digesting and smelled of mold.

The snorkeling around the beach Cost was ok

Limited food options. Menu was the same except for 1 dinner option at night, single soup, salad, and entree Lack of furniture in the room. NO dresser NO entertainment Lack of beach service, sporadic at most. Sewer smell at pool and in rooms

It was a good location, beautiful view. Perfect spot to sit if you have little kids. Good variety of foods during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good drinks.

1/3 rooms was in the older building and it was very outdated. The tub would drain very slowly. The ac didnt work had to get someone to fix it several times. Check in took a long time.

The food was terrible. The first meal we went to eat was at the buffet and birds where everywhere on any open food. Thankfully they had a small menu which we ordered from. Only 1 restaurant for reservations and only one 9pm. told 2 excursions not true!

Location is the best thing about his hotel. The cleaning staff try their hardest to keep up with island conditions. The food and beverage staff are friendly and go out of their way to meet needs.

Bed was super hard; same for our friends¿ beds in their room on other side of hotel. Room was very humid even with AC. We changed thermostat, but room temp didn¿t regulate. Again, same with our friends¿ rm so not isolated. Hotel is just dated.

The staff and the location. The beach was amazing!

It needs some updating, but the price was right.

The outdoor property was amazing. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were average. The pools were clean and spacious and the beach and Gulf were amazing, with aqua water. The view from our room was great.

We had to wait a bit at check in. Unfortunately, the room was extremely outdated and not clean when we arrived. The couch was outdated and not clean, the bed was awful! There was an egg crate on it and it only fit about 2/3 of the bed.

Old hotel rooms weren¿t cleaned daily, was only given 2 wash clothes during the 5 days for 5 people rusty faucet for missing parts shower had low water pressure no phone in the room says wifi but it only works in the lobby king bed instead of double

The friendliness of the waitstaff, the gorgeous ocean view and clear water, and the different activities available.

Some of the reception staff were not very helpful or friendly. The beds are smaller than advertised. Many of the available amenities and activities are not clearly advertised/explained. Would appreciate more vegan dining options.

The best thing about the bar was the quesadilla bar.

The resort is extremely dated. Everything is broken or chipped, the bathrooms in the room smell awful the entire time. The beds are extremely hard. So many things I saw no cleanliness standards whatsoever when making and serving food.

Beautiful beach access. not all the hotels in Coz have a beach you walk out to swim in. Many pools/easy to find adult only space. The staff was beyond amazing. Hotel employee in the restaurant.Food wasnt fancy but fresh Very clean.

Check in does take time with passports snd scanning in. The couch in our room looked like youd want it to the curb on bulk trash pick up day. The bathroom fixtures need to be updated.
