The staff were absolutely fantastic

Ok so this has been in a few reviews already but the buffet room near the lobby is “warm” no fans ac maybe? Any it’s hot an investment in some fans or maybe open the windows? There is minimal outdoor seating but nice out there

Friendly staff, clean, and good amenities.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. I enjoyed beach access and how you can go from the ocean to the pool. I also enjoyed having the various locations on the campus for meals. The staff was always helpful. You have a great group of staff.

Some food was not of great quality and some food was overdone. There wasn't much variety from day to day. We had dinner at the 3 restaurants. The food was Ok. I expected better. I think the food is why I cannot give a 10 for overall.

Poor quality liquor and food. This brand does not understand restaurant hospitality. Beach is misleading. Very small beach. Not walkable if thats what you enjoy. We have an issue of unaccountable funds and a charge to credit card before even using it.

The food and drinks were great as well as the all the rest of the staff including the bellhops, maids, and servers.

The front desk staff and maintenance of the hotel needs work. The AC did not work at all in our first room, and when transferred to our second room the lights didnt work and each time they said would send out someone to look at it, but no one ever came.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Some of the meals were challenging as a vegetarian. The staff were accommodating to any requests I had, but A special menu of things available to request would be welcome.

The beach,I dont know how to swim and I was able to go in.I really enjoyed it.The water wasnt cold and it was tranquil.

The pictures on the website are not updated bc the hotel isnt at all like the web.The hotel isnt big.

The food and drinks were horrible. Not worth us coming back to that hotel for all inclusive hotel. Low quality food !! The food was easy nasty. It taste like catered good. Drinks were watered down.

The location and grounds are beautiful and the majority of the staff are very helpful and go out of their way to be accommodating. No one in the staff is fluent in English though so be prepared.

We stayed in the Royal Luxury Level and the rooms are in need of repair and the air conditioning did not work. Our room averaged 80 degrees and was so humid it smelled like mildew. The kids club was non-existent and food was not very good.

Grounds were nice. Most employees were nice and helpful.

Plenty, no phone in my room, some elect. Outlets did not work. Food was plentiful but not that good. Pillows lumpy. No access to sauna, and hot tub without a reservation and then only available until 5 pm. We got sick from food.

The staff was amazing!!! So nice and accommodating!

The rooms were moldy, had black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, nothing in the room would dry, and everything smelled like mildew. Everyone got sick throughout the week & we know many others guests did as well. Food at the buffet was mediocre.

The staff was not very friendly and the food wasn't very good. This was our second time to stay here and we will not be back again

The landscaping and housekeeping crews were amazing. The beach and overall property was beautiful.

All of the pools closed at 8pm, the pool bar and the bar at the beach didn't open until noon and closed at 5pm. The food was awful, not good at all! the reservations for the restaurants are a joke! The disco is closed. Everything shuts down at 5pm.

Great value for the $$ spent. Food was good, staff very friendly, room was clean, beach is very nice, alcohol flowed freely, and my wife and I have every intention of going back. The vacation club package offered is good if you travel alot, no hard sell

No, it was in a nice quiet location, yet close enough to get to other places for things to do.

Poor food quality, especially the buffet. Ambience was not great either.Limited activities.

Not enough chairs at the "relax-Adult" pool. Lots of room for about 10 more, but they were full most of the time. Also, they would let people come and put down a towel or bag and the leave for hours. They need to control the inconsiderate guests.

The rooms are not up to a four star standard . I have stayed at the palace and the fiesta grand on the island and ugh are way nicer . Seriously , this should've s 2 of 3 star .

Hotel and room had little to no air conditioning.
