Pros +
- The staff were absolutely fantastic
- The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. I enjoyed beach access and how you can go from the ocean to the pool. I also enjoyed having the various locations on the campus for meals. The staff was always helpful. You have a great group of staff.

Cons -
- Ok so this has been in a few reviews already but the buffet room near the lobby is “warm” no fans ac maybe? Any it’s hot an investment in some fans or maybe open the windows? There is minimal outdoor seating but nice out there
- Some food was not of great quality and some food was overdone. There wasn't much variety from day to day. We had dinner at the 3 restaurants. The food was Ok. I expected better. I think the food is why I cannot give a 10 for overall.
- Poor quality liquor and food. This brand does not understand restaurant hospitality. Beach is misleading. Very small beach. Not walkable if thats what you enjoy. We have an issue of unaccountable funds and a charge to credit card before even using it.

Sail boat included.

The food and drinks were great as well as the all the rest of the staff including the bellhops, maids, and servers.
The front desk staff and maintenance of the hotel needs work. The AC did not work at all in our first room, and when transferred to our second room the lights didnt work and each time they said would send out someone to look at it, but no one ever came.
