Pros +
- The staff was very nice.
- Location, staff, great food. Spa was amazing and games around pool were fun.
- The customer service here was beyond amazing.
Cons -
- Hotel was dated, rooms where old, there was NO beach! The restaurants were not available and food was not very good. It was far from everything so we had to rent a car to get around and go to the beach.
- Didnt rent scuba gear and no beach in front to go into ocean or even walk . Most disappointing . Needed better signage for when restaurants opened or closed.
- They got out of everything fast. No water for a few hours on our second day of stay. Not a tasty Coffee and some Pastries

The staff was very nice.
Hotel was dated, rooms where old, there was NO beach! The restaurants were not available and food was not very good. It was far from everything so we had to rent a car to get around and go to the beach.
