The staff was very nice.

Hotel was dated, rooms where old, there was NO beach! The restaurants were not available and food was not very good. It was far from everything so we had to rent a car to get around and go to the beach.

Location, staff, great food. Spa was amazing and games around pool were fun.

Didnt rent scuba gear and no beach in front to go into ocean or even walk . Most disappointing . Needed better signage for when restaurants opened or closed.

They got out of everything fast. No water for a few hours on our second day of stay. Not a tasty Coffee and some Pastries

Love the people. Waiters, bartenders, housekeeping. Love the location, think they have done a great job maintaining all with the Covid restrictions The children¿s activity staff was great too

Only the repeated request for a higher floor prior to arrival and at check in. We were on the 3rd floor, (which was really only the 2nd floor) with a view of the roof and trees. This was our 4th stay.

Overall it was great!! Hotel employee at the ocean front bar/ restaurant was outstanding in every way, ensuring guests were taken care of and happy! The gal at the podium in front of the Asian restaurant outstanding! Our housekeeping staff, outstanding!!

Two complaints #1. The bartenders at the main bar, not friendly and sometimes rude. Our plan was to tip at the beginning of the week then the end, their expectation was daily and Rudely ask each person for a tip after clearly receiving a tip from group

The food was good once it finally arrived. Took forever to get drinks ordered and food. Some times over 20 minutes just for drinks like water and a Coke. Glad we didn't need to order mixed drinks. Expect 2 hours to eat with 2 adults and 1 kid. Just sad!!

Hidden extra cost and the constant harassment to sell us a timeshare. I just wanted a quit vacation and that didn't happen. Music so loud st night that it was shaking walls inside our room. Cockroaches inside our room. Dirty master suit pool.

Good pool and nice grounds. Great beach. Good food at the beach restaurant for breakfast. Good food at the beach taco place. OK food at the Asian restaurant.

The rooms are dated. Didn't like the food at the Italian. Didn't like the lobby staff that double as timeshare agents - one was very pushy, and we had to keep saying no, and he then said "we're hurting, help a Mexican", which was off-putting.

Room, location, breakfast, lunch, sushi bar. Diner in the Mexican and Italian restaurant could have been improved specially the steaks offered.

When I checked in I was NOT given the option to accept or decline the incusrance, the person checking us in said it was mandatory. I later learned that I could have declined through another guest, I then went to the desk to request a refund.

There was dexent snorkeling off the beach.

The room was so moldy I could barely sleep. We asked to change rooms, but the new one was just as bad.

Staff, very clean, wonderful food, spa great too! Very happy traveler

The cleanliness and great service made my stay enjoyable.

The property was dated for the price paid. The A/C must have been dated as it did not remove humidity from the air.

Very large units with large ocean view balconies. Food was good and snorkeling right of the beach was awesome.

I didn't like that all the beach cabanas were reserved early in the morning and people did not use them until later in the morning.

Our king master suite was very spacious and located on the 6th floor. We really enjoyed having unobstructed views of the ocean to watch dive boats, cruise ships, and sunsets from our balcony. We had 5 different restaurants for each day of our stay. The food was very fresh, especially the fish. The resort provided food and drinks at all opportunities, including room service, free mini bar, and coffee bar with even more desserts! The staff are very attentive and helpful. The facilities were clean. Eliza the hostess at the breakfast buffet greeted us in the morning. It's a family place that's not pretentious. Our experience was awesome.

The rain shower head was not my favorite since the water never heated up. Not a big deal.. We had a king master suite, so we just picked the 2nd shower that had the warmer water.
