Loved the pool and how well communication was!

No swimming after 8pm, not even in the hottub.

The spa and restaurants.

I?ve never been somewhere that was worse on details. Nothing open on time. Room service never comes. Butler is non existent.

Overall, I loved everything about this hotel. I read the reviews and was on the fence about going; however, I'm so glad that I selected this hotel. The staff was excellent!!! We had a swim-up pool on the "jungle" side, and it was so cool.

I wish that there was more night entertainment and restaurants, but they were all good and, in my opinion, the Italian restaurant was amazing from the food to the staff.

Food and drinks were pretty bad

The food as very good, even the buffet was well above average. The mixology was also very good for an all inclusive resort.

The Italian restaurant¿s ambience was lacking, it felt like we were in a temporary basement venue and the decor was surprisingly bland. We requested housekeeping service twice in one day but didn¿t receive it. Mini bar refill required two requests.

Staff was genuinely sincere and helpful and happy all the time. The water aerobics was amazing. The food and the restaurants were fabulous.

Customer service was 5 star, good drinks, very nice room . Customer service is where they shine and hotel is in great condition. Very nice pool with a good temperature. Room service was great. Food arrived prompt and hot even the fries.

Minimal activities, nothing to do during day but beach, pool, sleep, drink. Nothing to do at night. They need a better day time activity agenda. Food was okay could be better.

Not good at all. Room was filthy, brown water in bath tub, room flooded from toilet in the middle of the night, hair all over bedding from someone else, broken sliding door, water was shut off during my shower for hours.

I could go on forever.

Not much not to like. But I would suggest a better selection of deserts at Riviera. Where is the ice cream? The worse is housekeeping at 8am. So loud and disrupting. Almost seems intentional to get you up. Quiet it down or change the times.

Room Maid service & drink service poolside were excellent.

The food was far below our expectations. The buffets were absolutely terrible. The food was cold & the waffles were hard as bricks. More importantly we spent my 50th BIrthday sick in bed the entire day following a meal at the Japanese restaurant.

The staff were amazing and all go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the pool guy, hotel employee at the water sports, hotel employee at the gym, hotel employee at the pool bar, and hotel employee in charge of our room.

The pool does need updated but was still quite beautiful. I disliked the 2 day or more wait to get Hibatchi reservations, however, the rest of the restaurants were delicious with no waiting. Snoring was. It possible due to water quality and seaweed.

The staff and customer service was excellent.

The food was terrible. I tried all of their restaurant and the food was just not good. This hotel lack entertainment. If you are celebrating your 60th anniversary it's the place to go. It not for people looking to have fun. It's for older adults.

This was our 2nd time staying here (2015 & 2017). The property was upgraded and well maintained. The food was better than before! Daily activities and night life. Poolside water show was amazing!!! Great trip!!

Better entertainment but not bad... It's more like a talent show in their theater!

Does not cater to a 20-30s crowd We booked a king bed but got a double and was not offered a new room until 2 days later after complaining and it did not work without travel schedule so we kept the double

The people (staff) and food

I felt on the wet marble floor (after an heavy rain), because somebody did not close a window in a darker place, where we had to walk to get breakfast every day, have knee, foot, elbow, neck and head problems, have to go to the doc, hope 4 no bad news...

The food was great, the size was great. Easy to walk around.

The breakfast buffet was so warm it was hard to eat inside. Also, the hotel rooms were really warm which made it hard to sleep.

Overall the staff was very good with the exception of the check in management

The manager of the check in/out process was very unprofessional and rude he has no business work hospitality
