The location wasn't what we expected and there was limited parking. Next to the hotel was rowdy and on Saturday night, a patron of the bar was observed urinating outside using his driver side door as a partition. He blocked the exit for several minutes.

Clean and quiet.

TV by bed did not work.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and they did a really great job compared to the rooms before renovation

Quality and options for breakfast could be better

The room itself was beautiful and it was a nice hotel

The AC unit in the room didn¿t work so my family kept waking up and sweating all night. We told the front desk and they didn¿t seem too concerned about our bad nights stay.

The continental breakfast only had eggs ready at 8am-was really looking for a bigger breakfast-and all the juices were out.

The staff were quite plesent. Very helpful. Awesome pool! I loved the security as there a quite a bit of homeless in the area. Very clean.

The breakfast could use a little work. Very little options. Alot of homeless in area.

We enjoyed the hotel, breakfast was so so but i do have one item that i would recommend and that is placing the handicap bar on the other end of the shower because you do not have room to get out by the toilet. hand held shower heads would be nice.

Fan in bath did not work well. Had to open door to clear steam from shower.

Overall was decent, however the power went out in the 101 degree temperature and nothing was done about it by management the next day. Only to say that 'it was not our fault, so we will not be doing anything about it.'

The hotel management staff stating it was not their fault the power went out was completly horrible customer service. I understand that. However, I still paid for the AC, the TV, the elevator, the lights etc. But did not receive them during the outage.

The room was clean.

The noise from the hallway feels like your door is open, no sound buffering at all. Can hear everything from rooms around yours and above.

Staff was professional and friendly, and gave us good tourist tips for "first timers" in town. Lovely large room, with extra area with sofa and second tv! The sunny, fenced-in outside patio was perfect for reading. Yummy breakfast! Thanks for great stay!

Felt a little guilty that the shower used more water the hotter the shower you wanted.

The front desk person was very nice.

There were disgusting stains all over the carpet and sofa. They looked like they had never been cleaned. There was a horrible perfume smell that hit us as soon as we opened the door. I would never stay here again. Road noise all night long.

The hotel was nice. Close to the highway to get around town, and close to the Historic Riverwalk.

We had 2 rooms. The rooms were not cleaned well. The bathroom fans did not work. The tubs wouldn't drain well. A bit of upkeep would be a good idea for Marriott.
