You had to pay for the breakfast. We didn't have any. The location was good.

They could have given me the queen sweet that I booked 2 months in advanced it would have been nice. But they didn't. They said they were overbooked and they had some rooms out of order.

The room was clean

The first room they gave us the air conditioner didn’t work, the hallway needs to be cleaned or upgraded. There wasn’t anything on the website about park charges. There was antifreeze on the ground in front of the door, I slipped on it and told someone at the desk but it was still there in the morning.

Nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Rates considering the event in town were phenomenal.

Hallways were a little warm. Ordered food and a patron took it or it got thrown out.

No coffee

The rooms are good and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in walking distance of restaurants and close to highway 20, so you can easily go anywhere.

The hotel could do with refurbishment. It is showing it’s age. The shower is good, but having an old fashioned shower curtain that likes to wrap around you when it has the opportunity is not acceptible these days. however my biggest gripe is that the hotel restaurant is fully understaffed. They have one girl that had to take breakfast orders, go in the kitchen to make it and then serve it. So when she was in the kitchen cooking, you couldn’t even get coffee. If there would be 20 people for breakfast it would take more than an hour to get anything. And most tables in the bar/breakfast area were sticky. For >$200 dollar per night this is not ok.
