Pros +
- The staff was very nice. The pool area was clean, and my kids had a great time.
- Courteous staff. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Great amenities
- Location, Starbucks' staff, courtesy snacks and courtesy happy hour/reception.
Cons -
- Was unimpressed with the water with $5 tag. Thought it to be a bit tacky
- We were given incorrect times for breakfast at check in for the day that fell on the holiday; and I specifically asked about parking and was not told there was a 14 dollar a day charge. Was asked for credit card for incidentals and given a parking pass to put on the dash--I specifically asked if parking was included.
