Had to request room to be cleaned. Some elevators do not go to pool/gym level.

The reception, housekeeping, and pool staff do a great job and are very accommodating. The room was very comfortable, with a great bed and nice view of the Caribbean Sea.

This hotel is right on the Malecon. The rooms are comfortable and staff are helpful. The swimming pool is great and a casino is attached to the property. The lobby and Lobby bar are also inviting.

The hotel was clean and it was located in a central area in close proximity to downtown and many local bars and restaurants.

The elevators in the hotel did not work. The ice maker in the hotel did not work either. I had to continuously call the front desk/room service for ice and they would take at least 30 mins to bring it. The hotel was also old and dated.
