- Completely trashed. The water was not hooked up in the sink or shower. NO WATER. The sink faucet was totally broken. We only stayed because it was late for our kids and they needed to get to bed. We were not offered a discount. We had prepaid. Our second room reservation was equally miserable. The front door handle was completely broken off and sitting on the window sill. Some electrical outlets didn’t work.Very disappointing. Booking.com should cross this motel off your offerings. Another party checking out, said that they had to change rooms since there were so many problems.
