- Staff was great, very welcoming and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean and our view of the Golden Gate Bridge was phenomenal. Location was perfect. This is going to be our go to hotel for now on.

- Could not sell older mug with gold lettering like I had for breakfast. New mugs have white lettering. Not as classy looking.
- There were lack of pens for some reason. Even from the staff!

Location! This hotel is right at the wharf and has so many cute places around it.
There were lack of pens for some reason. Even from the staff!
