Parking for events can be confusing to get to the front of the hotel when blocked off BUT Wanda to the rescue for Assistance !

Staybridge Suites’ staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean. Breakfast had several good options and we were pleased to have an on site laundry room in good repair.

The bathrooms are tight, clean but tight. We are tall.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s within walking distance of the Riverwalk, making it super convenient to explore the area. The hotel was easy to find, and the $30 parking fee for the duration of my stay was much more reasonable than the downtown hotels that only offer valet parking.The room itself was spacious and very clean, and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was with a variety of options to choose from.The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

GPS guided us straight to the property, but we drove past the 15 minute parking area and stopped outside the entry door. No problem, we unloaded our vehicle, then received instructions from the front desk about parking. We were charged only $27 for our three night stay. Using our room card, we were able to access a gated parking lot less than 500 feet from the hotel. Out King room(s) were spacious, and very clean. We could hear the elevator operating during the evening, but it was a minor distraction. Good sized refrigerator, microwave, regular 12-cup coffee maker, sugar, creamer, pots, pans and eating utensils in the kitchen area. Bathroom was clean, shower/tub had rack with complimentary bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was good and plentiful, the pseudo eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, oatmeal and fresh fruit. Location was excellent for us retirees…the Alamo was less than a mile’s walk away!

Only one tiny negative…the room coffee maker needs descaling, it took over 30 minutes to brew a pot of java.

Everything. If you have an event at the Alamodome, it is the perfect location. Short walk in a completely safe area to the river walk, Tower of the Americas, and Alamo. Hotel staff was amazing. The cleanliness of this hotel was perfection. Great kitchenette’s in room and nice hot breakfast served every morning. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We will be back!

Nothing really. The parking area to park your car was about a block away. You can however park in a 15 minute parking spot and unload your car before pulling your car over to the gated parking area. Watch out for the trees in the lot. They leak sap if you park under one.

The location was great!

The room vents need to be cleaned. Particles are flowing out of the vents. So you may have cleaned the room but the vents keep them dusty. This is my only complaint about the facility.
