- It was cozy with the fireplace going and the holiday decorations. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the cookies and hot chocolate in the afternoon was a bonus. Easy walk to restaurants and shops.
- Stayed in the cupola suite, which was lovely on the top floor of the building. Very spacious and modern throughout. Very comfortable bed and nice tree top views from the cupola. Good breakfast buffet.
- The staff was great! The breakfast was very nice.
Cons -

- Nothing but a room. Breakfast basic, no espresso coffee or cappuccino , nothing added to the experience beyond the room itself - overpriced
- During the evening there was a loud vibration noise that went on for 30-40 mins (not sure if from ice machine or a jacuzzi bath or boiler). It was very loud and vibrated the floor in the lounge where we were relaxing. Whilst the bathroom was lovely, the shower door was awkward to open.

The staff was great! The breakfast was very nice.
We had some difficulty keeping the heating of the space consistent throughout the night.
