I ready liked the location of the hotel

I had a reservation for 2 rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms were not cleaned. I was placed on two rooms next to each other and the rooms were dirty, the floor were flooded with water, the fridge was not working, and finally the sliding door was not working.

Staff was very unfriendly. Food was subpar and drinks were not good at all.

The beds, lack of crowdedness

The food was Basura, drinks were watered down. No flavor or seasoning in the good. It was really bland. The inability to use card for activities. The lack of activities at the resort. Small bathroom.

The entertainment was nice everything else was not worth it my room was filthy air was not working no quilts in our room had to take out pillows from one room to another they gave us 3 different rooms and they were all in the same condition

Customer service at lobby terrible, no towels in room at check in,, next day had to request clean room because nobody went to clean even though I left sign in door to get it done, room needs more improvement, once in shower floor get all wet in bathroom, really too disappointed about this hotel

Great pools, very good buffet choices, very nice beach, relatively quiet during the week, lots of loungers and shade around, easy to get restaurant reservations

Noise at night from night club, very busy on weekend due to day trippers bussed in, TV and refrigerator didn't work all week even after a technician came up

Everything was good. The staff are very friendly and attentive, Juan from the pool bar, Héctor and Francisco, all the employees and the lobby staff are very polite, the bellhops and security. I have made this hotel my second home every time I visit the Dominican Republic. I love it ?

Incident Summary – Costa Caribe Resort & SpaDay 1 – Check-In (Arrival Day)Upon checking into the resort, we were assigned a room that did not match what we paid for. We booked a Superior Sea View room, but were placed in a Standard Garden View room.When we entered the room, several issues were immediately noticeable:•The toilet and sink were visibly dirty.•The bedsheets were stained.•The closet sliding door was broken, making the closet completely unusable.•The bathroom was stocked with only two bath towels and one hand towel, even though we were a family of four.We called the front desk right away to request housekeeping and the additional towels. Housekeeping cleaned the bathroom but did not bring towels. We had to call again later that night, and the towels did not arrive until after 11 PM. When they finally arrived, the towels smelled so foul they were unusable and could make someone gag.This was the first indication that the room — and the resort overall — was poorly maintained, incorrectly assigned, and far below the standard of what we paid for.⸻Day 2 – First Request to Change RoomsThe next morning, we requested to be moved to the correct room category. The reception staff took down my phone number and promised to call once a room became available.No one ever called.Throughout the week, I followed up with three additional staff members, and none of them contacted us or took action. Our request was ignored entirely.⸻Day 3–4 – Continued Delays & No Follow-UpDuring these days, we continued dealing with the same problems:•We still did not have the correct room that we paid for.•The closet remained broken and unusable.•Towels and housekeeping quality remained inconsistent.•Communication from the staff was nonexistent.Despite multiple follow-ups, no one helped or provided updates.

The food has improved dramatically and staff where outstanding

The service was great, the employees was amazing. I was on a family trip with 3 children and 3 adults and the experience was great. The kids had fun and it was very relaxing. There were kid shows along with adult shows for entertain. The food was great breakfast, lunch and dinner. Will definitely be returning !!

Méx Trex restaurant was not good, and very upset that was my only option of reservation for my dinner.

They put me in a room above the disco! They refused to move me that night, next morning I was completely disrespected with my request to be moved! I left the hotel and am demanding a refund of 2 nights

Disrespect by the supervisor of reception.

Beach and swimming pool

Upon check in, had 2 switch rooms twice due toRooms both not ready and one occupied

Staff were very friendly, room clean

The went into the room while we weren’t there, removed towels with not replacing of clean ones while we still checked in, pool never was clean until the point that water had a bad smell

Beautiful view, bed very comfortable, friendly staff. Beautiful location.

The shower head wasn't sturdy. Don't give you much info when you check in. They basically just give you a QR code to scan.
