Hotel Aladino

Breakfast menu was good. Location of the property was ideal for the purpose of my travel. Staff was superb. Love all of them. Hi Maria! Hi Franchesco! Hi Pedro! Hi Angel! Hi Lisabeth! I also loved the cheesecake. Oh Hi Vladimir!

Everything was great! There was no issue at all. The place was always clean and fresh. The staff gave us recommendations of places to visit. They would call taxis for us and anywhere we would want to visit to get information for us.

Very pleasant and courteous staff, the dining area is exceptional.

I love that the staff were warm and friendly. They receptionists English was good. The restaurant staff were pleasant. The room is good size with nice size beds.

I was robbed! My luggage was gone through. Still waiting for a response hotel security footage. Bank card, credit card , driver's license, cash. All gone. It's the Christmas weekend. Why put a lock on the door

Good value in general. Have stayed at Aladino many times. Just good for our taste and economic value. Close to great shopping malls like Agora Mall. Galeria 360 and Ikea.

Sometimes the outside noice of cars can be annoying, even in a room on the 3rd floor.

The location and price were the only acceptable reasons for my decision to book at this place.

Loud ice machine heard throughout the night while trying to sleep, dirty table, not enough bottles of water not enough towels. Coffeemaker didn’t have all of its parts.staff brought a different machine and outed old coffee through the replaced coffeemaker.

The staff was really helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected day of check in and staff was able to check in us earlier that day. The room service was great throughout the stay. The daily breakfast was also very good, some items that would run out the staff would make more as well. Would definitely stay here again! Hotel had security and was close to many restaurants, malls, botanical gardens, the center zona colonial and beach. We did not get to visit the beach this time but was close.

The only thing was that in the hotel menu some items weren’t available during our stay.

Had been staying in this Apart Hotel before, since it was quite OK in relation to Price - Offer. The offer has not changed at all, same facility, same layout, same restaurant….. but the price have now increased to a level which cannot any longer be justified. Unfortunately, an issue in most hotels all over town. Still the US$ 110 for per night or US$ 6,20 for a beer, in Santo Domingo is too much! Current travelers should not be responsible to cover losses from the past!

WIFI connection in the room was poor to nonexistent. Safety deposit box was locked and not accessible, upon request it did not get fixed.

The location is very centric. Is a very good option for business and staying the night in Santo Domingo. They served superb Dominican traditional breakfast and staff was very helpful. The checkout is at 1pm which is a huge differenciator in this market. It's an excellent option!

Very comfortable bed.Very quiet room. Hotel has pleasant restaurant with outdoor seating.Good wifi.I get the impression it caters to business people.

It's in the middle of nowhere. Nowhere to walk to. Long cab ride to Colonial Area.No restaurants nearby.

I have visited this hotel many times, because the quality is good compared to the room rate. The room is spacious although the bathroom is a bit small.The beds are comfortable. The room was very quiet.The service of the staff is always great.

Nothing that bothers.

I like the location because it's near the area where I went to work.

The Breakfast. It needs to be improve. Not enough variety and no bread. The toaster BAD.
