Amazing hotel all round , 6th vist to hotel grand hotel nice staff beautiful grounds
I would have thought a five star hotel would leave a Christmas card or something on Christmas Day , or perhaps a tiny box of chocolates seems odd , for a an expensive hotel

Bed was comfy and clean. The location was nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
The room I took was at the very end of the corridor although I’m a member with Marriott Bonvoy and I travel a lot. The toilet wasn’t clean, I found female hair all over the toilet and in the bath, even on my pillows in bed.

Room was very clean with comfortable bed. Staff was friendly especially the gentleman that brought up our bags. Checking in was quick and late checkout was provided to accommodate a 1pm lunch reservation. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Knife and Spoon. Overall it was a great stay.

I love that there was a Starbucks on the property and the breakfast buffet was delicious, but a little bit pricey along with the rooms. Overall, a wonderful, relaxing stay. The valet employees were very quick, efficient, and very friendly.
The breakfast buffet could be a little bit less money. I saw many families and thought that it was over priced for many.
