The hotel stay was very comfortable. The room was huge and included a convenient kitchenette, which made it feel more like a short-term apartment than a standard hotel room. The water was consistently hot, and the breakfast was a highlight, fresh, delicious, and with different options available every day.

Well appointed room, comfortable bed, great security with key code required for elevator and front doors locked after 8pm. Fantastic location in the city center.
The room AC was not cooling as expected. While the room was at a decent temperature, the AC ran constantly and the humidity level remained high. I note that this was in the middle of an early heat wave.

The breakfast is quite boring, with very poor selection. Disposable tableware really doesn't suit the hotel of such class. The price is lower than most of around hotels yet unbelievably high.

Most importantly, staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in and out are easy. Staff at Breakfast area was also very friendly. Location is great, walking distance everywhere. Room is spacious, this actually exceeds our expectation. Breakfast has many options, also accommodating various dietary restriction.
We can't think of any minus point during our stay.

Great place to stay to see the city. We came for a Birds game and this hotel has very convenient access to the subway, AMAZING continental breakfast and very modern rooms. The view was incredible too. Also very close to Reading Terminal and Love park.
The cost to park your car was pretty steep. If I remember it was $80. We ended up parking in Macy’s parking garage a block away for $22.
