The price
Room was large with high ceilings. Good layout.
The room was updated. The breakfast was exceptional.

Cons -

Room had water damage and the carpet was very dirty and smelled
The shower was badly remodeled and was very small and hard to get in/out of.
I would call this a motel not a hotel. Though the rooms were updated once you left your room you were outside in a big parking lot next to a major street.

Proximity to meeting

Toilet valve was stuck or broken; toilet ran constantly. Had to turn off water after each use so that water was not wasted and the noise of the water running was not intolerable. Took the lid off the toilet tank and it looked like there was mold there.
