Asked hotel if they had a grill she said yes got food there was no propane bottle they would not get one so had to throw food away

The price

Room had water damage and the carpet was very dirty and smelled

Room was large with high ceilings. Good layout.

The shower was badly remodeled and was very small and hard to get in/out of.

The room was updated. The breakfast was exceptional.

I would call this a motel not a hotel. Though the rooms were updated once you left your room you were outside in a big parking lot next to a major street.

Proximity to meeting

Toilet valve was stuck or broken; toilet ran constantly. Had to turn off water after each use so that water was not wasted and the noise of the water running was not intolerable. Took the lid off the toilet tank and it looked like there was mold there.

Our second room was decent after moving.

Our first room was nonsmoking but smelled like smoke. The breakfast was dried up and very bad. The person working the breakfast room was very nice.

The room was worn and run down. Curtains torn, carpet worn, louder toilet I¿ve ever heard. The breakfast was unreliable and confusing because it was also a restaurant and the details were not explained to us.

Customer Service was very helpful with our accommodations. Very nice employee and a wonderful stay. Good housekeepers. Breakfast was good ¿¿¿¿

Staff is awesome, restaurant has really good food and the bar is nice. Room was very large, quiet setting.

Room, location, dirty towels, used body wash shampoo, nasty vending machines and ice machine, trashy planters

The front desk lady provided excellent customer service

The pool water didn¿t look clean, the pool enclosure was really dirty, the vending machines and ice machines extremely dirty, you wouldn¿t buy anything there. The towels in the room dirty, the body shampoo used, the tub clogged, the switch light broken.

Price reasonable. Free breakfast on site.

Prices for restaurant/bar on site was expensive. Not as clean as shown in pictures, there was dirt and hair on floor/carpets/drawers. Pool was cloudy not very clean.

EVERYTHING! The room was not very clean! The shower was dirty! The room smelled like wet floor and dog. The bed was uncomfortable and was give two small pillows for a king size bed. The AC either had to be full blast or all the way off

We didn¿t stay at the hotel. The Pool was closed and there was no info on it online saying that it was closed. It was a last minute booking and we couldn¿t cancel .

I loved that it was easy to find and get to. The restaurant and bar area were great as well as the variety of music and the dance floor even tho we didn't get to use it this trip. Staff was great.

Breakfast choices were good, but the food wasn't that good. The identification info at the bottom of the survey for us is incorrect.

Smelled of smoke. Did not know that it was multiple buildings and not one hotel with rooms and lobby together. Probably would have picked a different place if had known that.

Staff missed cleaning my room one day. Breakfast is over at 9:00am. It should be over at least by 10:00am.
