- The front desk staff exceeded my expectations- The food court across the way had even a healthy fast food option I have never seen even in California! I had their take away multiple times.
- Rooms were clean and staff member on check in was very welcoming and helpful.
- convenient location near the motorway. friendly and accommodating staff...emailed me directions to the hotel and agreed to print boarding passes for the next day.
Cons -
- There is nothing that I did not like (maybe that there is no Village to walk to but if the taxi picks you up at the barrier on the opposite side of the M25 it is a quick and less expensive ride to the Village of Oxted with a train station and restraunts.
