- Location is fairly convenient but quite far from beach. Many blocks away in fact up a very steep hill. Not handicapped accessible.

- Sorry but i wanted to like the property. Office always closed. No bed covers or duvet just one sheet. Furniture dirty. Slider doesn't lock properly. A/C will not cool well enough for the unit to be comfortable. Bathroom hot. No lock on door.
- WERE NEVER ABLE TO REACH HOTEL STAFF. RECEPTION CLOSED FROM 5pm. THIS IS FAR TOO EARLY. VERY HARD TO LOCATE ROOM AND NOBODY THERE TO ASK. TRIED TO PHONE RECEPTION FROM ROOM BUT NO PHONE CONNECTION. NO FACILITY FOR CHANGING OR SHOWERING AFTER CHECKOUT

The room is big with great ocean view. And the location is good.
The air conditioner is too noisy. There are some ants in the room but it was ok
