The personal it's very helpful, polite and friendly. Highly recommended to stay in this wonderful place.

Nothing to dislike.

Amazing buffet style breakfast included. The two days I stayed was a freshly prepared fruit salad available. The sauna is located on the top floor with a terrace to relax. Blankets are provided so you can also use the chairs outside.The shower inside the room has high pressure, what invites for a long shower after a stressful day.For electrical car users are 3 charging stations available.

The rooms are on the older side and would need soon some renovations. The mattress was not as comfortable as assumed.

The property offers a pleasant view of the lake, which I was able to enjoy briefly during daylight hours.

Unfortunately, my experience in room 117 was disappointing. The room had so little artificial light that it felt almost claustrophobic. In contrast, the bathroom had an extremely bright light, which made returning to the dim room feel even darker and uncomfortable. In addition, the air-conditioning unit was installed in a very unattractive manner —something I would not expect in a 4-star hotel, but rather in a poorly maintained budget property.

What I loved most about Hotel Landhaus Milser in Duisburg is its authentic and classic charm. It’s a refreshing change from the impersonal, modern city hotels with tiny rooms.The garden is stunning, with a small lake running through it, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment. Many rooms overlook this beautiful setting, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, warm, and immaculately clean, with wide bathrooms that feel luxurious. On warm summer days, every room is equipped with its own air conditioner, a thoughtful touch that adds to the comfort.The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. I also appreciated the convenient location in the south of Duisburg—close to the airport, with easy connections, and plenty of parking available.This hotel offers the kind of genuine hospitality and ambiance that’s hard to find nowadays. It’s a place where you feel truly at home, unlike the sterile, overpriced modern alternatives. If you’re visiting Duisburg or the surrounding region, I highly recommend Hotel Landhaus Milser.

It’s old but very well maintained, I can’t complain.

Lovely helpful staff and absolutely wonderful breakfast.

A couple of the lights in the bedroom didn’t work but not a big problem.

Expensive no food for breakfast noisy hotel

Very expensive and that’s not a 4 star hotel… maybe one star…

Cleaning staff was efficient and friendly. The room was spacious. The hotel was nice and the room had nice views to the lake.

No tea making facilities. Sauna had to be booked in advance.

Staff very friendly & helpful, especially Charles. Breakfast was exceptional! Good location, easy to find. Very good overnight stay, may stay on the way back too

Excellent service - nothing too much trouble. Comfy bed. Excellent shower. Brilliant breakfast next to lake.

Poor selection for breakfast.Disappointing pizza for dinner - it is apparently managed by Italians but this does not transpires in the quality of food.Spiders and webs in the patio restaurant.Very noisy air conditioning in the rooms.

The thing that I did not like was the behavior of the employee supervising breakfast, who is an elderly woman and does not know how to deal with customers. Her reaction was unnatural. I ask the hotel manager to take this message seriously.

We really liked the hotel. Our room had a balcony facing the lake and forest, it was quiet and relaxing. We parked our car and commuted to Dusseldorf, the location was convenient for that. Breakfast buffet was very nice & staff was friendly.

Almost nothing

We use this hotel every time we drive from the UK to Poland. We always travel with our dogs and this hotel is exceptionally dog friendly. The dogs are allowed everywhere, including the restaurant, which is amazing. The staff are lovely, facilities are clean and the hotel is on beautiful grounds with walking/ running routes near by. We will be back!

Whats not to like!Wonderful walks around the property kept the dogs occupied. Hotel was very, very dog friendly. You could take a dog to breakfast, and straight away they brought up a bowl of fresh, cold water for them. there is a surcharge for dogs, which I expected, but I think it was quite a lot in comparison to other places we have stayed in.Breakfast was fantastic. Great choice of fresh produce.Had some beers in hotel's taverna the night before, great! Seems we were lucky, as the place is not open during the weekend, and we were there on Friday.Staff were really friendly, although the waiter in taverna pretended he did not speak English ;-)Room was spacious, and had a portable AC unit (thank god for that, as it was pretty warm night). you could open the door to a terrace, with an OK view, but still, a bit of an outside space, handy.will definitely consider staying there again, and perhaps for more than just one night.

Excellent hotel. Well located with the U Bahn right outside and 30 minutes from Dusseldorf. Room was enormous, clean and check in was amenable as I requested a late check in. Breakfast, what a view, and the food was excellent. There was nothing not to like.

Definitely worth noting is the wonderful service and delicious breakfasts. In addition, a very good Italian hotel restaurant, a cool garden and a pond. About 100 meters to the subway station - definitely a plus.The hotel has a cool vibe, some easter eggs for football (soccer) fans.

Perhaps a light restoration of some parts would be useful. The whole thing was great, while a few parts need to be refreshed. The hotel Wi-Fi could be more efficient.

Awesome restaurant and breakfast setup. And very nice and helpful personal.

There should really be an option for using card in the vending machines.
