This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The credit card must be the same as the one used for the reservation. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Please note that reception hours are 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM Monday to Sunday. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that accommodations is serviced once a week. Please note parking at the property is subject to availability. A damage deposit of AUD 200 per 1 Bedroom, AUD 300 per 2 Bedroom, AUD 500 per 3 Bedroom and Sub Penthouse and AUD 1000 per Superior Sub Penthouse is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - I was very happy with fantastic views from the balcony especially at night. I like the location where the Hotel is because supermarket is very next door and everything is handy. Thank you very much.
Cons -
- I didn't like the mattress which was very soft so I was not comfortable at all so I couldn't sleep well. That's disappointing. Thanks.
