- The room is gorgeous and the courtyard and other areas of the hotel equally so.
- The staff was great! I also really enjoyed that there were many areas to go and relax. I was with a big group of friends and we were able to spend time together without having to meet at a lobby as in many hotels. It was the perfect couples gateway.
- Service
Cons -
- The bar in the courtyard plays music until 11pm most nights. Our room had the beautiful courtyard facing doors so we heard this quite strongly.
- I think the lighting in the rooms is poor and not well designed. Also the rooms need more usb charging areas.
- Full price is a little pricey

The bar in the courtyard plays music until 11pm most nights. Our room had the beautiful courtyard facing doors so we heard this quite strongly.

What a fabulous hotel and staff. Located across the street from Chapultepec Park and within an easy walk of major museums. The courtyard is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. Great restaurants to boot. For Americans, great value for the money.
