Location, spacious room
That they wouldn’t let us have late check out, because we didn’t know it was earlier on Sundays (11:30am) even though one of our rooms was available later than 3:00 on check inAnother bad thing that happened is that the alarm clock from the room went off at 5:30am (maybe left on by the previous guest). We were al El Paso for Coldplay’s concert and had gone to sleep at 2:00am. It was really annoying!

Great location, right off the freeway. The staff was amazing! Great layout in the room. Comfy beds.
The perfume smell in the room was very strong. The air conditioner was super loud. Breakfast was a letdown.

Quiet, warm and cozy surroundings. Staff helpful and caring. Room decor very nice.
My key wouldn't work in the side door, no decaf coffee in dining area, dining area closes at 9 am instead of 10 am, carpet needed shampooed in room.. Also had to pay for parking!

I liked the location
When we arrived our room was dirty with food and old snacks around the air conditioner and food partials in the window seal and pillow case had dirty smudges on them, we asked housekeeping to come up and clean when we left that morning and when we came back that night the room was still filthy and noone had been up to clean,we got locked out of our room 2nd day because of a door lock malfunction, took maintenance a few hours to get door open then made us switch rooms which was a huge inconvenience
