The room was warm and the bed was comfy

There was things that needed fixed or renewed. We only had one set of towels for 2 people. The breakfast was lacking only allowing 5 pieces no beans or mushrooms that to me would make a fry. Even the toaster was on the way out causing burnt toast and smoke! Just a little disappointing as these things don't take much to fix. Also no water supplied in our room.

No complaints, we had to attend a family funeral and the hotel allowed us to check in early to ensure we arrived on time at the family funeral

Rooms were clean and tidy

Breakfast was atrocious, very little in way of cereal and fruit.Cooked breakfast was terrible, 1 sausage,1 bacon ,1 egg and potato bread.Asked about beans and told it was too much trouble to have a pan of beans .Everyone looks forward to a hotel breakfast and this was as poor as I have ever had.

Only positive was the friendly staff and free parking.

Given a room that I can only describe as creepy. No windows, only mirrors, with one dirty skylight that had a busted shade. Room was cleanish, but super outdated and rough looking. Hotel must have had an event at the time, so loud thumping music was blasting late into the night with people yelling and screaming well past 3am. Price was expensive given the downmarket feel of the place.

Music from party downstairs kept us awake from 11pm to 1 am. Was told that room was the quietest in hotel and noting could be done. Was not looking for compensation only to prevent similar situation happening. Booking,com were unable to resolve situation with hotel for future quests.

Smell of smoke in my bathroom. Shower pressure really low. Walls very thin. Constant humming at night made it hard to sleep. Bar service slow.

Easy to find, comfortable and breakfast was included. The staff were amazing! Food was nice too.

The deluxe room was advertised with a view however the window was frosted and I believe overlooking the car park. The flush on the toilet didn’t work without holding the button and the button was loose.

My room was cold. I couldn't turn the thermostat up any further.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. No cappuccino available as the coffee machine doesn't get switched on till 12pm.

Our room was freezing cold. No heat whatsoever. We only discovered this when we returned after midnight so didn't complain till the next day. Small breakfast with limited items available.

The hotel was in an easy to find area. The room was great very clean and warm, it had all that we required.

The room were comfortable the food was excellent the bar staff were very helpful.

We had a room at the back a bit noisy from a generator but it stopped at night.

Staff couldn't do enough, very efficient and friendly, (lauren on reception went above and beyond). Food was really good, "servers" and duty manager, (Saturday night), we're exceptional. Highly recommended.

There is nothing to dislike. Highly recommended.

Uncomfortable bed. Outdated decor .View of shopping centre parking lot.Poor selection of fresh produce for breakfast. No fresh fruit. All packaged or processed.
