My wife loves this place. The rooms are gigantic, they are laid out with spacious high ceilings, large separate bedroom...can't beat price

one of the staff is not friendly with our group¿although she did not said anything wrong nor doing anything wrong¿ but she make sure you feel it that you are not welcome here¿other staffs are fine and great¿ only this one when I check in is bad ¿¿¿

Shuttle to the Airport was 25 minutes late for the scheduled pickup

The room was quiet, large enough for my family of 6, and the temperature was comfortable.

Nothing to dislike! It was a great place to rest from driving all day.

Layout liked how you have a bedroom space and a bathroom space not opend to the living room and kitchen.

Most expensive one I've stayed at, thought for the prise it would of been a brand new hotel. Didn't like laying in bed and a huge loud bomb sounding and shaking the whole room sounded and felt. Scared us to death. Think it was the elevator not sure.

Nice staff and large room

Room smelled like cooking smell of previous occupants.

Breakfast included. Bedroom suite was nice. Kitchenette was nice too. Hotel is close to the mall and food

Very limited drawer and storage space. Room was not vacuumed well upon arrival. Beds made a lot of noise when you rolled over. Outside facilities broken - basketball hoop and putting green under water.

The doors in our room 216 we’re awful. Sticky. Would open or close easy

The guest laundry was really good. The wash includes detergent ($3.25/load) and the dryer was $2.25. 1.5 hours total to wash and dry a load. Good breakfast, and nice room. Good location as well.

Room had a small kitchen but it wasn’t stocked well with dishes or any silverware. Front desk helped get some, as well as sheets for the pullout sofa bed.

Location was good close to the things we wanted to do.

Newly updated. Looks grand like the name. Beautifully designed interior. Home like touches throughout.

Some guests smoking in rooms. Disturbed person came in & was removed by police.

But they rob you when if you wanna do your laundry. It is six dollars and fifty cents to do one load of laundry. Front desk.Staff really do need to take a class before working with public.The native girl with half shaved head wasn't very friendly, kind of rude. My biggest disappointment were the towels provided in the room. These are straight sand paper! Very sharp and uncomfortable. Less expensive motels have nicer towels. Very unpleasant. Very painful to sensitive skin. Luckily I brought my own towels.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, plenty of parking, roomy rooms, decent breakfast, great value!!
