The location was exactly what we wanted! the towel, chair & umbrella service was a nice surprise. The hotel staff were all very helpful.

The restaurant was promoted as an upscale dining experience. It was not. Lemon not offered with the seafood, cracked pepper not offered with Caesar Salad, waiter did not know answers to questions and did not return with the answers. Food was OK.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Clean and well kept rooms, pool and common areas. Great location.

A wonderful place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is very big and comfortable. Also the room and hotel is very clean. They provide free chairs for the beach. You can also rent umbrella or food service on the beach. A+ view

It thermostat didn't go below 70 degrees.

I loved everything about my stay here at the Ocean Club Hotel. From the attentiveness of the staff to the cleanliness of the facility, it was easy to relax and enjoy our anniversary trip. The food was amazing and the drinks were even better. If I could do it all again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel.

There was nothing I didn’t like about my stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was accommodating and fun--especially our waitress and Mark the bartender. The two women at the front desk were very sweet and made the process of checking in/out easy. The food was delicious. No complaints on anything. Would stay again next December.

Upon checkout I was told by staff I overpaid for the room, especially since it was not oceanfront!Very disappointed to hear that!

Staff made us very uncomfortable with having a service dog. They ruined the trip. Also, the facility is not worth the price in general. It is nothing special and just a normal hotel.
