- The free breakfast was excellent, the cool dock where you could fish and crab, the staff were awesome, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, my wife was happy. We'll be back.

Cons -
- Not really, the floor was a little dirty in the room but it's tile so it's no big deal. We were very happy.
- People were smoking outside their rooms and on the stairs including management, despite No Smoking signs posted everywhere.
- This was a bad case of false advertising on your part. You called the hotel, but it was a motel. Right next to a busy road and it was extremely loud. The air-conditioning unit was very loud. The floor was dirty. No closets and minimal dresser space.

The property was beautiful and they were renovating the rooms! Free breakfast was helpful and place was clean and comfortable! Also the location was about 15 minutes driving so that was helpful as well!
