Very clean and convenient

The breakfast has lots of room for improvement, eggs were gross. The cheaper hotels have waffle makers which would have been great instead of microwave waffles in plastic wrap

Front desk staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is real cheap. They are cutting costs to a point they are offering unhealthy breakfast, full of processed and frozen food. Our room was not cleaned in three days. Bed sheets crumbled all the time

Yes: We did not like the breakfast, we did not like the beds and the bed sheets and we din not like that the room was not cleaned in three days

We got exactly what we were looking for: a clean hotel room for a quick overnight stay as a waypoint on a long road trip. Arrived late and left early.

At 10:30PM, someone opened and closed our door. We had fell asleep without using the secondary lock. We were mortified that someone else's key was able to open our door.

The hot tub and pool was green. I asked for mold to be cleaned from the ceiiling in our bathroon and it wasn't. I don't know why the hot tub was green.

They ran out of food at Saturday¿s breakfast. The air conditioning didn¿t work in my room. The TV screen was dark and the remote control for tv didn¿t fully function. I was charged a $20 service charge when I extended my stay.

The location and ease of access was perfect for the venue that we were attending.

The window were dirty inside and out, you could not enjoy the view at all in the room and the common areas also. The last thing is that there was no AC in the fitness room.

My husband and I arrived at the hotel from out of State just to be told by the receptionist at the front desk that the hotel was closed for renovations. We were not notified via call or email about this change. It was very inconsiderate of them.

Very disappointing. The Hotel was closed for renovation and guests were not informed about the same. In front of us 4 other families came and have to leave frustrated as the hotel closed their doors without attempting to send information to the guests.

We had to evacuate the hotel. The sprinkler system and alarm system went off and we were soaked at 2:15 who in the morning. They condemned the Hotel and we left after one previous night there. No hotels available in Lexington.

It was a very new comfortable hotel. It had nice clean new rooms and the staff was friendly . The staff did not seem to be there when the 4 fire trucks arrived. We were all wet and cold outside the building for several hours until the fire dept gave OK
