- The breakfast was underwhelming. Great server, mediocre eggs Benedict
- Luggage got misplaced in the wrong room, Because they only added last name to bag tags when we arrived , luckily at 4:00 the people in the room were at the front desk to find their bags .. they got it all fixed up
