Great location and amenities. Comfortable and clean rooms and spaces- excellent for a group. Parking on site and the ability to drive up to drop off and pick up out of the elements was great. Good breakfast and the bar area was nice and lots of TVs and space to hang out.
The destination fee was a little confusing and we ended up losing our $25 ($50 since we had 2 rooms) the first night since I didn’t really look into it and we got there late. Just felt like an additional unnecessary fee in my opinion.

The hotel is perfectly located and it is an amazing city
I was overcharged by about £700 with no explanation given. When checking out the bill was confirmed but then when the receipt came through it was different

The property itself was BEAUTIFUL! Location was perfect, we love the area. This was our second time in Chicago. The lobby area was our favorite!But let me tell you about their staff, they were amazing! I come from a customer service work field so i definitely look for that, they were fantastic!! Their text message system was outstanding, someone always replied and they were very quick with whatever I needed help with! Thank you Embassy Suites for the wonderful stay. We will def be returning back!Job well done to the team!

Great location, nice clean rooms, easy access to everything downtown.
The housekeeping just walked in after knocking two times, this was at 9am when check out isn't even until 11 am. They should try to do better about seeing if people have checked out before entering.

I had a great experience in the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic with many options to eat, also room was cleaning up every day and we can realized the comfort.

Parking is good, rooms are good
They changed my reservation from a king suite to a 2 double bed suite without telling me and tried to pass it off as an “upgrade”. With just me and one other person 2 double beds is worse than 1 king bed.

Large room and comfortable
Very busy hotel, there were lines to check in and also for breakfast. Not easy to find a table for breakfast.

Location and size of room.
Breakfast and cocktail surge could be better. Facility needs overhaul. Pool was supposed to be open and wasn’t. Bathroom shower is archaic. Water pipe issues never good. And mattress needs replacement.

bed was comfortable , breakfast included was nice also the reception with snacks and drinks was nice. good location, close to everything downtown and beautiful view of the city.
the price was the only thing I didn't like. it was kind of old and worn in places
