The rooms double rooms we booked were not available, were supposed to be refunded the difference haven’t heard anything. Congested, hotel, not enough staff, rooms are dated for the price.

Outdated. Loss bathroom fixtures. Elevator out of order.

I love that the location was prime for activities downtown. We were able to walk most places.

I did not like the required destination fees baked into the cost of the stay. We did not use the drink or food vouchers while there but we still had to pay for them. Also the process of paying for daily parking was not seamless.

Convenient, good food, great atmosphere, price was wonderful

We had to wait several minutes for the elevator because on set was not working. With 17 floors and a packed house, many people were trying to use the one set of elevators.

Staff was so nice.great location and value w breakfast, happy hour and the 25 bucks credit a day was awesome

No hot water no heat the bathroom tub was peeling when we sat down our butts had paint on them the elevator didn't work there was a 25 minute wait on the elevator and my wife and my sister-in-law had just had surgery one on leg and one on the foot and nea

The room was spacious with a great view of the city. Breakfast featured a lot of options and the breakfast space was open with plenty of seating.

The sofa sleeper mattress was moldy on the underside. It also was very worn with hardly any padding.

The location was wonderful

I the room was nice to be honest! But having one major upset to the room. It was the damage sofa sleeper in the room in which furniture nail were protruding from the furniture. In which I injured my right hand

Rooms subpar not up to date with Hilton standards, children running around like it's a playground only two of the four elevators worked

Made to order Omelets were good. Breakfast buffet items were cold. eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, hashbrowns were all cold.... Not a Hot Breakfast.

Our room was beautiful & the location was amazing for what we wanted to do.

We could not adjust the temperature in the room & it was warm for our taste. The booking said valet for your car & there was not. We had to call the hotel to find out where to take the car to unload & find out where to park while we were there

The bathroom was gross. Carpet in rooms instead of LVP or tile (which is more along the lines of a 4-star hotel and more sanitary) Breakfast finished at 9:30 a.m. instead of the standard 10am. The "appetizers" was goldfish crackers. I have pictures.

Have an earlier check in time 4pm is late. Also one of the days was after 4pm before the room was going to be cleaned.

Excellent location - close to everything! The staff was very attentive, especially the bellman and the cooks at breakfast. The breakfast was excellent!
