- I love that the location was prime for activities downtown. We were able to walk most places.

- The rooms double rooms we booked were not available, were supposed to be refunded the difference haven’t heard anything. Congested, hotel, not enough staff, rooms are dated for the price.
- I did not like the required destination fees baked into the cost of the stay. We did not use the drink or food vouchers while there but we still had to pay for them. Also the process of paying for daily parking was not seamless.

Convenient, good food, great atmosphere, price was wonderful
We had to wait several minutes for the elevator because on set was not working. With 17 floors and a packed house, many people were trying to use the one set of elevators.
