The resort also has two pools, the outdoor pool complex which is 8,000 sq. ft. with two story waterslide and a 4,951 sq. ft. adults-only pool. - Our server at the pool was absolutely amazing. She was attentive and extremely friendly. In fact we feel like we made a new friend and look forward to seeing her at our next trip to the Hyatt Regency.
- The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was great. Shops and restaurants right across the street from the hotel. I liked that they had an adult's only pool and a family pool.
- Extremely clean room. The staff was very friendly. The grounds were well maintained.

- I wish there were more options for hotel rooms with full balconies. Most of the rooms had Juliet balconies.
