River Place Inn & Cabins

The location was great. It had a back door out to the grass which made it nice for the dog. Vinyl floor which always feels cleaner than carpet

No breakfast. The bed is on a metal stand so don't hit it. You will play the sounds of a steel drum. No hairdryer in my room. We checked out Early and I called when they were open to get a receipt emailed. I did not get an email.

Location is perfect

I think this place has a lots of potential but they need to do better

Roaches ! coffee pot didn’t work stayed for three nights and paid for four paint peeling off the ceiling, gap under the front door where we could drive a truck under it.

The girl at the front desk was really nice. We liked the location. The room was clean.

Our room looked like it was being remodelled but not finished. But it was clean. I would recommend it

comfortable bed, room size. We could see most all the Christmas lights in the park!

Tub had no stopper and a big hole where the stopper switch should have been. The floors were not mopped! My husbands feet were extremely dirty from walking on the floor. The sink drain wouldn't drain correctly! The small in room refrigerator was unsteady and ready to fall over.We were in the building in the back on River road.

Room looked and smelled clean. Bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi was very nice.

First, I had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to come to front office for check in. Had it not been for the non-refund policy there we would have left then. Secondly, I hate to even say this but we killed not 1, not 2, but 3 roaches during first day. Then killed another the next morning before checking out. In all honesty, the jacuzzi had a opening in the trim around it and that could be where they were coming from because the room itself looked and smelled clean. Finally, a tenant sat outside our room until 2:30 blaring music from his car. So we finally got some sleep after that. Will not refer anyone to this hotel.

Unclean room, flies buzzing around the room, a whole bunch of house flies and fruit flies

The location was nice and easily accessible.

The room smelled bad. The smoke detector beeped all night. The floor was sticky. The shower wasnt that clean. It said the room had a microwave and it didnt.
