Very classy, Beautiful, Great pool & hot tubs

Location & views.

A bit expensive for food & drinks. A cup of coffee is to expensive & we got a yogurt parfait that was 20.00 and it was half full. That was a bit disappointing other than that it was great!

Overcharged $100 for room service, awaiting refund.

The bath room is huge!

Couldn't figure out how to turn on/off the floor lamp, as an engineer ;-) Ended up unplug the thing, which was unplugged when we got in the room. So f guess the last guest couldn't figure out either. LOL

Overall experience was awesome. The hotel staff were very approachable and helpful. They took good care of us.

Lack of food options around the hotel.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean. The whole staff were so nice and very helpful! Perfect veiws! Great location. Only 20 minutes away from Aspen. The valet they were so helpful had lots of awesome recommendations for places to eat! I highly recommend

Room size and decor. High end, custom surfaces - from closets to shower and bath tiles, fixtures, etc. Refrigerator, cooktop, plates and utensils for in-room cooking convenience. Gas fireplace. Lovely outdoor pool area. Friendly, accommodating staff. New.

Hotel does not have a convenience store, although they do offer free shuttle services to nearby shops, hiking etc.

Spacious rooms, modern and clean. Liked the pool area and fire pit. Ski concierge is definitely a plus!

I liked the mountain scenery. Shower was fantastic.

Multiple issues with hot tubs. Was NOT ski-in/ski-out despite advertising so. Loud construction happening constantly and ruined the view. Valet service was hit or miss, got hung up on multiple times or had no shows. Limited on-site entertainment and over priced food.

Very disappointed

The shower was not working properly, because it had only very hot water, was impossible to take a shower.I told them it and they told me that they would fix, but in the next day, the same issue happened during the time that my wife was taking a shower.She stooped in the middle of the shower because was impossible to take a shower and they told us that a person would go there to fix, but the person arrived around 1 hour later and my wife was waiting to finish the shower.I never expected that the shower would not work in a 5 start restaurant.I was very very disappointed.

They like to charge the card they have for you on file without sending you a bill or invoice or any communication at all.Also there were lays potato chips from 1 year ago in our cupboards so their cleaners arent cleaning everything. Shady!!!

The pool and hot tub under the chairlifts with mountain views around was impeccable. Super friendly staff. Very accommodating to families with dogs and kids.

Breakfast was not so exciting but tasted fine. Would have wished for more variety.

Comfortable bed and quiet room

It was dark in the room and fireplaces didn’t work. It did snow/ rain at night and wanted comfort with fireplace and that didn’t work.

Great location if you dont want to stay in Aspen and prefer less people and less business. Great lifts and hiking trails.

Some Staff at the restaurant that are very hungry for tips. 20% tips are included in the bill so some staff will try everything so your bill is bigger and tip is bigger. Over charging for things or not taking it off the bill if kitchen or waiter made a mistake. And attitude wasnt the best of some servers. Other than that, everything else was good.

Peaceful luxury, dog friendly, gracious staff

We did have an unusual electric issue in our room that was not resolved.

Conveniently located on the mountain and the staff was very accommodating to our family and needs with a toddler. Definitely would recommend a stay here!
