No hot water at the sink, room was next to the noisy lobby, floor felt like it hasn't been cleaned in years.

It is a dump, very dirty, broken desk, bathtub/shower no hot water and fittings do not cover the holes in the tub, toilet dirty.. Ramada/why sham should inspect the place and see how dirty/old the place is..

Nothing really I didn?t do anything more than the rest of the hotels I?ve been in. Besides the fact that I was up all night hearing people, thump and making noise upstairs like dropping things upstairs and I didn?t sleep all night.
