Casa Marina definitely has old world charm. The rooms are arranged off a grand central room and accessed by a large central staircase. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the main plaza.

The location is perfectly centered among all tourist attractions, the staff's great altitude in customer service and English speaking fluency, the wine tasting in the hotel is EXCELLENT, the museum is also very informative.

I had reservation for two nights and they let me Cancel the second day without sny penalty. The staff is good, the restaurant not great and it is not a good area to walk around and look for restaurants

Location only 5 minute walk from Santiago International Airport. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The restaurant was on location and the food was excellent at dinner. The breakfast buffet was delicious too. The staff were very nice.
