- The location is perfectly centered among all tourist attractions, the staff's great altitude in customer service and English speaking fluency, the wine tasting in the hotel is EXCELLENT, the museum is also very informative.
- Staff was very friendly and helpful. Christmas eve dinner was exceptional.no
- The complimentary breakfast was the best part of my stay. The staff were very helpful and polite as well.
Cons -
- This is an older hotel so the facility is older.
- The lack of hot water became an issue several times. The conditions of the hotel were more at a 3 Star level. The lack of 24 hour room service was a bother as well as a lack of a simple vending machine.
- Make sure you check the air conditioner. If it doesn't work, ask for another room until you get one where the air conditioning works. That is the ONLY problem with some of the rooms. Otherwise, this is a great hotel and value!
