Clean and affordable stay quite near the station

For sharing a room, no space to put luggage freely

Nice location and clean

The height of the bunks, little too low for someone on the bottom bunk. Making it easier to access the bikes would be nice.

There were free lockers to store items. There was a kitchen that I didn't use. They provided free towels for the shower.

I was in the lower bunk so there wasn't space for me to sit up. I am also big so it was hard getting in and out. The privacy curtains also didn't quite close completely. The bathrooms seemed quite musty after a shower because there wasn't proper ventilation in the bathroom. There didn't seem to be a front staff at all so I arrived a half hour early but couldn't check in due to the ridgedness of the tablet.

It was a good price and what I needed for a quick stopover in the area. It wasn't the cleanest thoug

Very good value for your money, considering it costs very little. You only have to share with 3 others, and in my case, only 1 other person. The bed was comfy and the lobby was spacious enough to eat and drink something. The location was decent, but to be honest, Kofu itself doesn't have much to do, it's more just an itermittent city to stop at. Convenience store was nearby. Overall a decent place to stay as a solo person.

The bathroom was pretty musty and the toilet had no bidet. But again, not an expensive place to begin with :)

Nothing wrong with the property, just had the worst roommates possible, kept the light on till 10:30pm regardless of me turning it off, snoring, shuffling suitcases until 11pm, maybe more enforcement of the rules would be nice?

I think that for a guesthouse it met all of my expectations. The curtains were very good at keeping out the light in the communal room, and the beds were very comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was easy for Japanese and English speakers and perhaps additional languages provided.

The check-in process did not involve any human staff, so there were complications for speakers who did not speak the languages offered by the automated service. So there was a mixup with all of the beds in my room upon check-in. In general, it would have been nice to have human staff to speak to about the area, but the tourist informatino center was fortunately not far away.

Price and location are good. The place is clean.Although no staff standby for 24 hours, you still can message them to seek for help.

No staff in counterI asked for 2 places in a bunk bed, but they gave me both in different roomsI just arrived for sleeping time, so I can't say more

It was cheap, clean, staff were friendly and it was in good location for Kofu.

The beds were pretty creaky and the kitchen area was small.

The rooms felt intimate, and while I was there only one other girl was in the same room, so very private.Very close to the train station too.

They could make it more homely and lovely with some deco, it was very plain looking.

It has all the basic facilities required (shared kitchen, laundry, towel and amenities). Room is spacious for 2 person. Near to Kofu station too.

It's conveniently located, and the common room is nice. The beds have privacy screens, and the price is very good.

Had to wait almost 15 minutes for a staff member to show up during normal check-in time. There was a tablet for self check-in but it's in Japanese.Bring earplugs, if other people are snoring you're gonna be up all night.

Everything is automatically, clean organized. Still has kitchen you can use on the first floor.

Like officer building. Don’t felt come there for holiday. And room not feeling any lively. But if you just want to sleep in the room is okay and comfortable.

It's super anonymous with the self check in and so...idk, but I did feel well there. The cleaning stuff comes far too often in the room

Very nice and basic dormitory.

There was a small language barrier, as the person in charge didn't really speak English, and I don't speak Japanese.
