- Nothing - it was truly horrible and shockingly bad.
- location next to the 407 and close to Tim Hortons
Cons -
- We have to pay for parking now! Sonesta Markham used to have free parking!
- The ad was false advertising. The hotel is more like low income housing with no lobby and very dirty hallways, an elevator that looks like an old hospital service elevator and no front desk. Check in is in a dilapidated 200 square feet room.
- Changing a $5.00 daily parking. This hotel is only accessible by car and therefore guests should not be changed to park their vehicles that are used to access the hotel
