Norvic Motel

Compared to most motels in this class, this is by far at the top of the list. Owners take pride in all they do and are both accommodating and friendly; a rare commodity these days

Rooms very clean, owners were absolutely fantastic making sure we had everything we needed. When we have to travel for business in the area this will be our go to spot from now on.

We loved the location of the hotel because it had direct access to the amazing snowmobile trails. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathrooms had new fixtures, and the staff were all helpful.

Stayed at Norvic for snowmobiling weekend. Motel had trail running right to door. Lots of room to park trucks and trailers and owner had no complaints when we left rig in lot several hours after checkout to finish ride. Hotel is located on snowmobile trails near several hubs, so riding was great. About 5 min to convenience store/Subway/gas, and about 10 min to restaurants in Sudbury, but owner came around on Saturday night and asked if we wanted him to pick up anything as he was already doing so for other guests. Owner was fantastic about answering questions and went out of his way to make it a good weekend. Will definitely be staying at the Norvic again.

Room could have been a little bigger with amount of gear but for guys going on snowmobile weekend, it was no issue. Clean, had everything needed, comfortable beds, and good hot water.

Breakfast was basic with a choice of a few items,location was pretty good,room was nice and clean and smelled fresh and the bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep

Bathroom was pretty small but functional

The room was modernized and very clean. Was not expecting this as the exterior of the building was rather dated. Location is excellent for access to the trans-Canada route i was traveling on. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend for a short rest stop.

A bit of traffic noise due to the location, however very convenient for the en-rout traveler looking to make time over long distance travel!

There was a nice "to go" breakfast. The room was small but we had everything we need in it. The bed was firm and I liked it. It was convenient location as we were going to the event in Sudbury next day.

TV quality was not good(screen). There was some holes on bug screen on window. I went to bathroom and then realized there is a security camera pointing at me at the toilet. I had to give $200 security deposit in cash which is inconvenient for most of people(do not use cash). But I understand some guests have vandalized room and they have to impose this. It is a sad world. Hope they have better people as guests. Sometimes the noise from the highway bothered us but not too bad.

Great price for a clean room, breakfast delivered to your door and good location near Sudbury.

Breakfast was minimal but appreciated. It was quiet and we felt very secure there

Mike was fantastic. We couldn't get food delivered and he offered to go into Sudbury and pick it up.

Room was a bit small but cozy

The Norvic Motel was fairly convenient in terms of distance from my previous location. The staff were pleasant and the room was clean. Breakfast was offered in a way that dealt with covid restrictions (a list of items to be delivered to my room in the morning).

The room was small and there was no desk at all. I found the bed excessively hard. The bathtub had been painted and the paint was beginning to peel around the edges of the tub. There was nowhere nearby to eat so that I had to drive into Sudbury for dinner.

It was good, comfy beds

Not a lot of stuff near by but didn’t matter too much Pizza delivered to the location !

Actually it is a bit east of Coniston but rtight on TrCan hwy. breakfast was 2 cookies, a drinkbox, muffin and yogurt in a bag brought to us every night by 9 or 10 by the owner.
