they let us check in early.. really made a difference to us

would have been nice to have a soda vending machine to buy mix for some late evening drinks An ice machine would have been a nice touch as well also a free breakfast would have gone over well

Lights did not initially work. Coffee grounds left in coffee maker from previous tenant. Bird poop on chairs outside our sliding door. Property maintenance needed.

Loved the ocean view. Had dinner & breakfast in the restaurant. Food was very good & reasonably priced, service was excellent.

The drinking glasses were hidden behind the face towels. We were there on New Year's eve & were sharing a bottle of champagne. Because we didn't see the glasses we ended up drinking champagne out of coffee cups. Ordinarily using the coffee cups for drinking - no big deal, but in this case not so nice.

Location and view excellent. Check in staff great and on site restaurant very nice with excellent food.

Bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

The products used for cleaning the rooms have a strong smell . Have to open windows to air room.

Lovely large bedroom and bathroom. Very modern and clean. Balcony overlooked the ocean across the road. Would have been nice to have a hot tub available.

The motorized blinds - one for blackout and one for shade - had their raise and lower features reversed for the shade blind.

Location , close to restaurants and ocean shore

Second bedroom was dark and stuffy , small window to the staircase

The shower was my favourite I’ve ever been in (rain shower head). The bed was so comfy that I took pics of the name of the duvet and mattress. To top off everything the view was outstanding!

Checked in late - super friendly staff. Room very clean and looked new. King size bed and comfortable pillows a bonus.

I couldn't figure out how to turn down the a/c and it was a bit loud for me but I am a light sleeper

I/we always love staying with OveanSide Hotel just a beautiful location and so peaceful.

The lack of "room servive" everyday "maid service" cleaning of the rooms everyday was not 100%Beds not properly remade and bathrooms not cleaned properly. At teast too the perfect room we entered when we first arrived. So that could use some working in. Especially for.what we pay to stay there.

Great location across from the ocean! Gorgeous sunset from the deck. Very friendly and accommodating staff, excellent customer service! Loved having the fridge and little kitchenette.
