Location close proximity to Public Transportation and a Mall within 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and property clean. Continental breakfast provided.

Industrial like scenery, no windows to open, kept walking into the night cabinet which was big vs regular (nice for storage but in the night not great), the lights could not easily from the bed be managed, breakfast ok (I was missing cheese).

Friendly staffs and was quick to replace the faulty hair dryer. Room was clean. Good parking area as well.Location and breakfast was good too.

The fridge was a bit noisy. The noise was on and off the whole night.

Has what we needed as far as room went!

The fact that the parking signed to pay for parking was up and so I proceeded to pay for some parking and then after I paid I was told there wasn’t any available! And that it would take 3-4days to receive a refund for parking fee I paid. We then had to try and find a park somewhere on the street and walk all of our luggage back to the motel, also theirs was late at night and is extremely unsafe for someone like myself who is a single mother and had my child with me try to carry luggage back to the motel from where we had to park, which was a distance. Not very good service or safety!

The room was clean, nice pillows and comfortable beds. The block out blinds were fantastic, let no light at all.

Close to transport and Macquarie Centre shops. Great hot and cold breakfast included. Very friendly staff. Good size clean room.

Location more than anything

Having to pay for parking on top of the room rate. The bed was extremely uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep too well and the coffee was tasteless. Not enough choice for something decent to eat for dinner. We had a busy day and didn’t want to go out for dinner. There wasn’t a healthy choice at all which was disappointing

Hotel managers should update their info on time, I booked a double bed room but initially they only provides queensize 1 bed room, I argued with hospitalities for nearly half an hour to switch my room, they told me I need to guarantee my selection is "applicable" without checking their remaining room types, synchronizing their info on booking and oversale double bed room

Staff were friendly Thr onsite parking worked well with plate recognition but was open to transiting pedestrians so mot really secure.Breakfast was very good.

Difficulty with room lighting as it was all or nothing.

The room was small but clean and functional.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. The only fruit available was watermelon.

Pillows on beds are not good. Need changing. Also, they should install microwave in rooms and consider investing in sauna, spa and/or pool.

No pool or spa. The location is well equipped for the installation of such. Also, the rooms need a microwave (at the least)

The property was clean and comfortable. Close to the shopping centre. Good gym which was bright and clean.

The young girl who helped me check in was great, very polite and professional.Over all stay was great, breakfast could be better that just scrambled eggs fried rice and bacon lol

The staff were very helpful and friendly, letting me check-in 2 hours early. The room was spacious and had all the amenities a guest might need (I particularly liked the kettle, the iron with the ironing board, and a full-size mirror). The bed was very comfortable - not too hard and not too soft. A walk-in shower instead of a tub was a huge plus for me. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located some 8 minutes of walking to the nearest metro station, and the area is well-lit and seemed safe.

The facilities are really good, the location is really close to metro so easy to travel into city. Breakfast had lots to chose from and was really delicious. I also loved how someone could be having a shower and you can still access the toilet and bathroom.

The shower despite the opaque sticker cover over the shower so you can't see in, felt a bit weird, I personally would of like a solid wall.

I loved this stay! Booked as we were going to a concert at Sydney Olympic Park. Perfect location, great value for money and breakfast included! Made a great weekend for us.

Spacious room and good breakfast. Close to a shopping mall and a supermarket.

No variations to the breakfast, just a couple of items change every other day.It is far from the CBD, and it will take you at least one hour to get to any attraction if you plan to use public transportation.
