This pleasant 4-star hotel is set in tropical gardens in Las Terrenas on the Samana Peninsula. It offers an outdoor pool, sun terrace, hot tub and massage services, 2297 feet from Bonita Beach. Residencial Madrugada offers bright apartments and villas with vibrant, Caribbean décor and spacious furnished terrace with garden views. All feature a lounge with cable TV, sofa beds and dining area and kitchen equipped with microwave, stove and fridge. The restaurant only serves continental breakfast. Kite-surfing, snorkeling and diving are just some of the water sport available on Bonita Beach. Los Haitises Nature Reserve is a 30-minute drive away. Free private parking is available and an airport shuttle is offered for an extra charge. El Portillo Airport is 5 mi away and Samaná El Catey International Airport is 15 mi away.

-  the front desk was very attentive, helpful and welcoming. The lady in the kitchen prepared our breakfast to our liking, she paid attention to detailed and went above and beyond customer service.
Cons -
- - No phone in the room, no credit card service and the housekeeping lady was forgetful.
