I like the Nagaland's location to see my friends staying on the same block but unfortunately they cannot fulfill my simple request eventhough they are not full there.

Cons -

I didn't enter the room cause the PIN number was wrong. I tried to contact with the property by email, message as well as phone call but no any answers. I was so disappointed about this experience. I am applying a refund now hoping can get a result.
First of all, i believe that there was no information from them that their reception area is on the other block of the building, it was so hot waiting for them to answer my call and after a few minutes they ask me to go to the other block to register. Nobody was there until i called again, after waiting for more than half hour, a lady came without room key and keep on asking me if i'd like to take the room on the same block of where the reception was. I told her that i booked in nagaland because i have friends also staying 1 floor down of the Nagaland, she paused for a while and asked me the same question again for 4times until i gave up and told her to cancel it.
no proper direction about the building when i arrived at the establishment i had to call the owner and was pass down from one floor to another juat to check in. although the room was good enough for the money i was placed in a bit noisy environment. but all in all if u wanna save money for.accomodatuon go for this place. Im grateful for the staff the young lady as ahw was very approachable.
